What is it with blogs these days that are owned by kids? You must admit that kids dominate a lot of the sales that companies receive, but lately it seems like they’re starting to dominate the blogosphere. I mean come on, bloggers now range from the age of 10 and on. Do we really think that they are the ones that provide the content or do they have someone contribute or help them? Well, whatever it is, they’re certainly putting a huge dent in the blogosphere with great posts. During the opening week of my blog, I made a post about Carl Ocab and it really did stir up some young bloggers because I received a few requests for a review. One of the requests was from Maher Saleh. I wonder when female kids start blogging…it’s just a matter of time.
Who is Maher?
Maher Saleh, you might have heard about this name, but if you haven’t, he is a 12 year old blogger living in UAE in Dubai and a 7th grade student that already earns a stable income online using his blog MoneyMakerBoy. At 12, he’s already a internet marketer, blogger, and moneymaker. It seems weird, but nothing is impossible and the main reason for this review is to show that any one can be successful in blogging and making money online.
What is the story behind this kid?
My Name is Maher I am a 12 years old kid living in United Arab Emirates exactly in Dubai I am in grade 7 and currently attending the school of Resalah. I discovered internet marketing at the age of 10/11 and I started by making forums and earning with adsense. Some of his forums received more than 2000 unique visitors a day until the day that my forum got some legal issues with Sony Anti Piracy Department because my forum was uploading free games for PSP and it is against Sony so what I did is I closed all my forums and stopped using internet for one full year. Till this day he realized that there are many ways to make money online.
What about his blogging mission?
Maher Saleh has planned to invest at the field of blogging and created his first blog about blogging and how to make money online, moneymakerboy.com. Maher will reveal all his daily experiences about making money online if you keep up with the posts. MoneyMakerBoy has been up for 4 months and he managed to post nearly 130 posts, which I think is a very good rate for a student that posts his own content.
What type of content does Maher have to provide?
Well, all these kid bloggers have one thing in mind and it is to make money from blogging. I understand that most of us that are older don’t depend on making profit, but depend on providing great valuable content to readers. That is absolutely wrong because it seems like kids making money does not mean they do not provide content. Maher provides many SEO tips and tutorials on his site to help bloggers. Although I admit that he should fix his grammar and spelling or a least have it proof-read, his posts are pretty educating.
Maher’s advice about blogging?
Blogging is one of the easiest ways to make money, as said by Maher, and it nearly changed his life as a kid. Although blogging seems to be easy to him, he mentions there are 3 rules that must followed in order to be successful in a blogger’s blogging mission:
- Content is the king
- Traffic is the queen
- Patient is the key
How much he is making out off his blog?
Maher Saleh is earning around 200$-300$ a month from his blog, but most of his income is from PayPerPost and get paid to blog sites. Well, I usually don’t think this is the way to go since you’re basically gaining money from blogging for “others” and not your own blog, but I guess it’s his source of income and it’s not a little either.

ronnie ferez » Well, I earned $10 this month, but it all went back to the hosting fees. Remember not to depend on money when blogging. If you think about it as a fun thing you do, you will eventually receive viewers that will in time turn into MONEY.
