Blogging is simply a task that anyone can start if there is motivation and if there is the urge to want to do such a thing. When I say that anyone can become a blogger, I do mean it and that’s how this blog here came to be. I wanted to become a blogger because…well, I just wanted to keep hip with the current age. Of course there is money to be made, but that’s not really the whole point of blogging. Since I’ve started this blog almost 2 months ago, I realized that blogging is something fun and can be considered a hobby. Affiliate marketing is a different story now because there is money TO BE made in this field. You can basically say there are a lot of untapped money out there on the Internet waiting for affiliate marketers to take advantage of.
With that said, let me introduce you guys to an Affiliate Marketer, Ian Lee.

Ian Lee is the man behind this blog and he is also the founder of the Affiliate Marketers Alliance. Most of you probably haven’t heard of this group because it is based in Canada, but it is the biggest event there, so someone like John Chow would know about it. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of British Columbia and now resides in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Ian began working and organizing this networking event in 2004, but he has been in the Internet Marketing business since mid-1990s, so he has been around this type of business for a while now.
This man works wonders in the marketing business and people trust him because he is experienced. Ian has gained clients from Team Canada pastry chefs to the Canadian Federal Government. He has consulted as an Affiliate Manager for PartnerCentric, Inc, managing Digital River, before he was responsible for ROI (return on investment) analysis. Ian now works as the Director of Marketing & Advertising for HealthCastle.com, a nutrition community run by Dietitians on the Internet. Ian is currently the Director of Marketing & Advertising for HealthCastle.com, the most comprehensive nutrition community run by Registered Dietitians on the Internet.

What more is there to say? With Ian’s help, you guys can finally start making money online or if you wish, blogging. If you reside in Canada and live fairly close to the events that Ian hosts, I suggest you guys checking it out. This type of events gather up people from all over and these people are “BIG”…meaning you would probably meet your Inspiration. Many of you guys are probably thinking that Ian isn’t going to be much help since he’s a real life Affiliate Marketer doing things in reality more than on the net. Well, you guys are wrong. Although I do admit that he hasn’t posted in almost 2 weeks (probably holidays), you guys could check out his archived posts either teaching you how to make some money or teaching you how not to lose it.

Very impressive businessman!
It’s one thing for someone to get into a business and become successful at it. But to then actually hold forums where people can come and here directly from that person on how they too can attain that same success is quite a statement.
I also really like the idea of his bringing people together who are already successful, and those seeking to become successful. We all know that this is the perfect mix for good business to happen.
