Blog Topics Are Unlimited

Blogging, Everything, blog reviews Add comments

unlimited-header.JPG

I know that a lot of people blog only because there is money to be gained from the venture, but not all of us can achieve this. I don’t blog completely for money, but I still need it to pay off servers and other bills (especially when I need to move to a dedicated server now). Bloggers don’t know that a blog can be on any topic (niche) you choose and there is no wrong on what you choose. Any topic you choose will be correct because you’re the one that chose it and you have interest in writing about it. There are still vast amounts of topics to be chosen from website categories, but you could also add in your own. As long as you love what you’re doing, you won’t have a problem with blogging about it and viewers shouldn’t have a problem reading what you like to write about. Remember if you like it, there’s a high chance that others do too.

Vast Choices

There are countless amounts of topics and categories to be chosen when you decide you want to open your first blog or a new blog to add to your collection (network). You don’t have to create a blog about making money or better yet, stop trying to make money online. It is absolutely difficult to start a blog about making money and try to make money at the same time. The time is too late because there are far too many blogs out there about the same topic and bigger blogs already covered all the cunlimited-choosing.jpgontent and material you probably just thought of.

Choosing The Right Topic

When choosing the right topic, you have to ask yourself a series of questions. The following questions are suppose to aid you in the right way and not discourage you:

  1. Do you actually like to blog?
  2. Do you have the time and commitment to blog?
  3. Are you going to blog for money?
  4. What topic are you going to blog about?
  5. Are you sure you have interest in that topic?

Review Below:

I wrote a review for Garry Conn about a month ago, but I recently received a request from him to review his new blog. I know that there are others waiting in line for reviews and I’m still working on them, but Garry is a great friend of mine and I’m sure you guys won’t mind. Here, just check out his personal tips blog and the review I wrote about him here. Also, to make this fair, I made this a review and rambling together. I also managed to keep on topic as I’m trying to make a point that blog topics can be about ANYTHING.

The Airplane Blog Background - About Page

This is a blog focused on airplanes! I mean how cool is that to blog about airplanes?! What really amazes me is how Mr. Garry has so much passion towards what he likes and how much knowledge he has with all his topics. This blog is all about airplanes and aviation with interesting news and facts regarding those two sub-topics. All the posts are written by Garry to help the readers understand each unique airplane and the current events in the industry. Besides the written posts, there are videos and sound clips to not only let you understand airplanes, but also see and hear it for yourself.

The Focus On Airplanes

unlimited-airplane.jpgNever have I realized how many different types of airplanes there are in the world and how fascinating some of them can be. To some of us average spenders, these airplanes would cost us a fortune, but for some billionaires, planes are just toys.

Although the blog is kick starting now, Garry has opened it since July 2007, but I assume his busy schedule got the best of him. However, I did manage to take a look at the blog and find a few posts that I found quite interesting. Please do take a good at the following latest posts:

Critique

As you can tell, there wasn’t much for me to review, but since I’ve started critiques on my reviews, Garry will receive one too >:)

  1. Publish a few posts describing aviation terms, so readers can understand
  2. The blog design/layout is great and suits your blog very well
  3. You should also include some aircraft news like accidents, malfunctions, etc.

If you’re familiar with aircrafts and want to publish a few posts about it, head over to Garry’s blog and sign up to become a writer. Otherwise, please subscribe to his blog because I’m sure you’ll get some interesting facts :)

I agree with you that any blog can be successful with any niche. But only in two conditions, that you are passionate about what you writing and the second condition is to have time for it. As I know, many of the blog that I followed 6 month ago the half of these blog is now closed. Maybe because they was writing about thing that bored themselve or they don’t have time for it..Who knows :D Everyone can have a successful blog, once you find a niche that you like to write. Keep writing about the same subject and work on your SEO for a better google rank/position. You will notice in the next 3 month that you will be well ranked about the topic you write about. The traffic will flow, your comments will increase. What else..oh yeah your teeth gonna shine like star! :D

Yeah I agree that blog topics are unlimited but I’d go a step further and say that *anything* is unlimited. There are an unlimited number of ideas for books, music, movies. An unlimited number of IM products waiting to be created, websites waiting to be built, business ideas - anything. Everything concrete stems from an idea and there is no limit to ideas!

@ KIWIPULSE : i know kiwi you mentioned somewhere in your blog that initialy when you start blogging you were confused about your blogging niche, then finaly settled with one. Me too talk about Bollywood and hollywood in my blog when i first started it and then now i settled at make money online and ramblings. So i know it happens, one should not hesitate in changing blog niche, but the important thing is you must be comfortable with your subject.

I agree with this. There are so many blogs out there that don’t have any passion… just a lot of ads. I’m not against ads, but when your blog only focuses on making money… everyone can tell.

And yes, I don’t see the point on writing a blog about ‘making money blogging’ or ‘improving your technorati rank’, etc. I blog to communicate something, give an opinion, not… talk about money. But that’s just me.

If you have to upgrade your shared host to a dedicated hosting, but you are earning less from monetizing your blog, will you still do it?

Mike,

It took me a few days, but I made it. Thanks for the wonderful review of The Airplane Blog. Man, I have to tell you, I have a blast blogging on that blog. I love airplanes and I love writing, put the two together and you have The Airplane Blog.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy my personal blog as well, even more since I have been more free with my writing on that site. A tip for bloggers who stumble on this post and comments, just be yourself, let your mind expand and allow your fingers to transmit the data from your brain to the screen and then click the submit button.

Blogging is supposed to be fun. It supposed to be something that you enjoy doing and something that allows you to vent from the daily stresses of real life situations.

I agree there. But even at one blog, you can write about categories more than one which makes it easier aswell. This is a very good article. Thanks a lot.

Nice way of getting a review under a different post title. I agree that blogging can be about anything and I can understand how some bloggers fail to regularly update their blog.

You can tell who writes with passion and who writes for money. The Internet market will weed those money-wannabe bloggers out, and the passionate ones will stay and prosper (and make their own money).

Excellent tips… I sometimes want to blog the whole day. Post everything that comes to my mind. However I learned that working more on traffic is also important. I wish I have so much time to blog about everything. Thanks for sharing

Although I’m fairly new to blogging, it seems to me that your average blogger has something to say on a given topic when they begin a blog.

I don’t think that I’ve met anyone yet who decided to blog and then had to figure, about what. But I’m sure that it does happen. What a pickle. :D

Amazing!!.

What a great example you have taken to show the readers your point!.
With blogging having the capacity of being your main stream of income,it’s very important to chose the right topic and the topic that interests you most!.With interest in the topic,we all always want ot find time to do some blogging.

And in whatever niche you are in,don’t lookout for money too fast!.It takes some time for your blog to bring some amount of money,so be patient!.

Take the right decision before blogging!.

My last blog post is..Google logo celebrating First ascent of Mount Everest.

Hi people,

I recently registered to this forum bloggin-ads.com and hope that anybody can
help me with the forex - I am looking for an introduction

I’m sorry that you didn’t get a response there. We are a blog specializing in “blog about blogging” and therefore do not have the expertise in how to make money on forex.

I would suggest doing a blog search on it and I’m sure you’ll get a ton of results back. Good Luck!
