The contest was called the “One Heck Of A Giveaway” contest and what I did was give back to the sponsors by having one of the entry methods being a post about the contest with all the sponsors’ links intact. What happened was even after the contest ended, all my sponsors received about 40+ linkbacks to their blog

I have mentioned a few times that quality should be preferred over quantity, but a recent chat with Max from Sitehoppin and Zedomax made me realize that quantity may not be the real answer to gaining success. After some thinking off in never never land, I came to the conclusion that he may be right. I have been trying too hard to be someone that I’m not by trying to type up some long “professional” articles, but it hasn’t been much of a success. Shanker Bakshi and Mark mentioned that if I just be myself, I would gain a lot more, so I’m gonna just give it a try

Who would’ve thought it it has already been over half a year since the blogosphere craze, Entrecard, launched and hit us bloggers with a long awaited gold mine. Since the beginning of Entrecard, I took advantage of it by putting down my blog in the money making category, which gave me a small boost. As more and more bloggers caught on to Entrecard, I had to move to different categories to stay ahead of the category. Bloggers left and right and up and down were jumping in on Entrecard’s free advertising opportunities. It’s not just because of free advertising, but cheap people like myself loves to hear the word “free” 
. With Entrecard’s success, it is starting to pull in bloggers from around the blogosphere, but some still hate the fact of Entrecard’s existence because it is ruining how certain things are suppose to be ran.

Alright ladies and gents, everything is settling down now and I’m going to get back on track and keep up with things. I need to catch up on some of my blogs readings and things like that, but I should be publishing a post tonight or tomorrow.
Thanks to some of you guys that submitted a guest post to help me out. I appreciate your help and I’ll review those posts asap
My current hosting company is working with me on getting a dedicated server and I have pretty high hopes that they will sponsor me this server as an investment to my future plans. I won’t get into detail for that yet until I know 100% it’s a done deal.
Before I wrap up this post, I want to make sure the whole blogosphere puts their attention to Gyutae Park’s huge “Internet Marketing” contest. Hey guys, I’m sorry I haven’t been posting much lately, but I have a completely legit reason for it
Spring Break is now over and my wife and I are back in school, so posting is going to be difficult again, but that isn’t the case here. I’ve been working on new sites and I have been planning to open a new network.
Another thing that has been a problem is my server. I’m currently being hosted on Hostgator with a “SHARED HOSTING” plan, but it just isn’t cutting it anymore. I have been planning to move to a VPS for a while now, but decided a dedicated server is more of what I need. With future resource-hogging sites coming, this is the only route I can take.
With that said, if any of my readers would like a linkback here through a guest post, please contact me or submit the post yourself through the SUBMIT ME! section.
