Not even able to drink or go out at night past curfew, John Jordan has already been a entrepreneur for almost 5 years of his life. He first started his entrepreneur business by opening his own business, X-tra Help, to do what any normal average 13 year old would do in his time. By doing cleaning, pet sitting, house watching, watering plants, and much more, he was able to earn around $1,000 a month. Because he was so young, he soon got into trouble with the authorities because he was out past curfew. This problem gave him 6 months probation, which made him hooked onto an RPG computer game, Red Alert 2. I must say, John have great taste in video games because Red Alert is one of the best RPG games out there.
With such a great video game, who wouldn’t want to create a site about it? Mr. Jordan did. The website began his addiction into Internet Marketing Business because he realized it was very simple to make money off Google Ads. Going into the Internet business, John started focusing on Business Plans, PPC advertisment, and Affiliate Marketing. Of course, many of you still have to realize that John is still a high school student and teenagers around his age are usually immature, but with JTJnet.com, he proves us wrong.
What Now?
JTJnet.com isn’t what it used to be, having posts once a month, or having no content at all. John decided to focus on what he does best and what he is most educated on, SEO. SEO stands for “Search Engine Optimization” and this is what brings users to your web page. Although he told me he will now focus on SEO posts, it doesn’t limit him to bringing up other optimization plans. A recent post about SMO, Social Media Optimization, proves that JTJnet.com is not limited to SEO, but also on various topics that help to bring traffic to your web page.
Inspiration
Although John Jordan’s blog isn’t what most of us call “the blog,” he doesn’t give up. A couple months ago, he decided to get a review from the evil Internet Mogul, John Chow. If you know John Chow, then you probably know that these reviews cost a whopping $400 that an average teenager can barely afford. The review got JTJnet.com some attention, which allowed the blog to reach about 30 subscribers. Paying $400 and only receiving a few subscribers didn’t hurt John Jordan one bit. He continued to blog about SEO, despite his lack in timely posts. This surely inspired me because with the creating of Bloggin-Ads, I would never fork out so much money. Hopefully the inspiration doesn’t just inspire me but also many others. Blogging successfully takes time and dedication. If it is given, any blog can become successful.
If you want others to give your blog a try, why not give John Jordan a try.
