Just by looking at the title of this post makes you think twice that you’ve seen the name, Market Leverage, somewhere else already. If you take a look at my advertising spots, you would notice that Market Leverage has purchased quite a few…5 to be exactly, but only 3 are showing right now. Now I could just be placing these ads up to gain referrals and make tons of money, but Market Leverage came to me to take the opportunity to advertise on my blog. I was actually pretty surprised that they came to me, since I’m not considered a “big” blog…yet
You’re probably wondering why Market Leverage is running around purchasing all these ad spots. I mean they don’t just buy ONE spot for ONE month…they end up buying a few on a blog for a couple months.
The reason Market Leverage is purchasing so many ad spots is because they understand the concept of maximum exposure and maximum marketing. If the ads were going to be purchased on my blog, Market Leverage would limit themselves to one blog and one set of readers/visitors. Rather than doing that, they have purchased ads on blogs of all shapes and sizes without questions being asked.
If you don’t know where Market Leverage have purchased ad spots, here are a few blogs that had their ad spots purchased.
Market Leverage has purchased a few ads spots on those 4 blogs above, but they didn’t just stop there because there are a lot more blogs being pulled into the Market Leverage marketing technique
. There have been a few Care packages that have been sent out in the last 2 weeks or so that went to higher end bloggers and bloggers that specializes in the Internet Marketing field.
What are the heck are these care packages? The company has been sending out these Nike gym bags that contains some high end gear for the bloggers that received it. The marketing strategy here sure puts Market Leverage at the top of the pyramid. Not only are they hitting the right bloggers, but they’re also hitting the hearts of some bloggers like John Chow. The package that John received had a few surprises for his baby daughter, Sally Chow.
Marketing for Market Leverage is a breeze because the focus on gaining thousands of publishers and advertisers looks like it’s being set aside. In the beginning of the post, I mentioned that they don’t ask questions about your blog and what I mean by that is that the marketing manager, Dina, doesn’t ask much about your stats. The idea here is that Market Leverage is not seeking towards money, but first seeking for an image, which would in turn turn into money.
Here’s a final look at the 3 marketing tricks of Market Leverage:
- Purchasing Ad Spots - the continuation of purchasing ads around the blogoshere boosts exposure and image to Market Leverage.
- Care Packages - Care packages tend to cost a lot of money, but reaches out to the heart quicker than money.
- Company Shirts - I didn’t talk about all the shirts they purchased, but the Market Leverage team has been decked out in ProBlogger, Shoemoney, and WinningTheWeb T-shirts. The shirts only cost about $10-15 each, but gains a dedicated post due to creativity.
As you can see, the CEO of this company has a great amount of money otherwise he won’t be able to afford all of this. He could be taking out a lot of loans to pay off the workers and the marketing, but in the end, he is going to gain a lot more, which brings me back to the point that Market Leverage markets to a specific online niche correctly. That niche is us bloggers and because blogging is growing at such a fast pace, Market Leverage will grow with us. You may be contacted soon about advertising opportunities soon
You could run around spending thousands of dollars just like the people at Market Leverage, but you could be wasting it all if you’re not sure what you’re doing. We’ll be seeing a lot more of Market Leverage as more and more bloggers jump in on their marketing strategy.
Would you throw out a huge investment the way Market Leverage is doing?

The graphs and the photos shown in the article have proved that craze has been increased that too internet marketing has rapidly increased.
You’re absolutely correct. Internet marketing has grown so quick and I’ve only been watching it since I started this blog about 7 months ago.

I think its the most genius idea I’ve seen any company do in recent years as far as bloggers and MMO bloggers are concerned. They took the first step and jumped in everyones faces and now everywhere I go I see those flash peel ads
So, they’re doing something right. Plus all of the posts and videos talking about them; yeah, they’re doing something right. My hats off to them.

I’m sure there are other companies that have done the same, but Market Leverage is in fact throwing it all out with more to spare.
