Many of you have probably realized now that there haven’t been much posts on Bloggin-Ads. Since this blog opened back in November, I haven’t missed one post, but it wasn’t until recently that I’ve been skipping my schedule left and right. Now I’m going to make a new post later on today, but I wanted to take this time to explain myself and try to figure out a answer.
My wife and I are currently full-time students at East Los Angeles College and we’re currently taking Winter session, which is a full semester course crammed into an extensive 5-week course. To top that, we’re actually taking Chemistry, which requires lab hours and that makes it a total of 6 hours in class. But that’s not it…my Professor must add in computer lab hours, which requires my wife and I to wake up at 6:45AM, go to class for lecture until 11:00AM, take a short lunch break for 1 hour, go back to school for lab from 12PM ’til 2:50PM, and go to the computer lab for a couple hours. By the time I get home, I try to answer questions via e-mail and reply to comments first then I move onto typing up a post, but my posts take anywhere from 40minutes to 2 hours. I try to provide the most unique content I can so therefore it takes so long.
Anyways, I do apologize for my tardiness and I want to take this time to ask if anyone would like to do Guest Posts for me until the end of this month. I’ve had guest posts done for my blog before and it has been quite successful for the writer. What I allow is links back to your blog/site, so you will gain some visitors. If you’re interested in this, please submit it through my “Submit A Review/Post” section and please follow all the rules. It’s funny how I have the rules there and some submits a request for a review, but fails to mention the blog URL. Remember that if you do a Guest Post for me, you’re getting huge exposure and a backlink.
With all that said, I would like to remind you guys that my “One Heck Of A Giveaway” is ending on the 31st, which is next Thursday. So far I’ve gotten a lot of entries, but still not enough judging by how many winners there are. Make sure you get in now before it’s too late and never snooze. As a matter of fact, some of you still haven’t verified your e-mail addresses after subscribing to my feed via e-mail. I will remove all those e-mails and the entries WILL NOT count until you verify.

I set up a calendar in my Outlook and planned out a few blog post. I kept in mind what time of year it is (Valentine’s Day), holidays that are up and coming and funny holidays.
This way I can look and see what my post should be about or what affiliate product to promote. It has helped with writers block as well because I already know what I am going to write about.

I have pre-written posts in the past, but that was when my blog wasn’t open yet. I had no idea blogging would be such a hard task to do, but I’m slowly getting the hang of it…even with a full-time student status.

Good luck on the classes! I grew up in the Los Angeles area and played volleyball for SMC in 1980 and we played a match at East LA College. Loads of fun!

Hehe, typical student issues. I’ve done with study so now it’s other issues such as: girlfriend, job, expenses.
Summer course exams are easy… But the time for study is too short (5 weeks), so be careful with that. Wish you go through your courses with ease while still blogging.

I think that is totally understandable. I make an effort to post everyday, sometimes more then once. But during the week it is hard because I work 5 days a week and cannot post until after work - which isn’t until after 4pm!

Hey, I hear ya! I’m pullin’ 5 units at night plus everything else, so, I understand. My posts are pretty irregular, too … at least Chemistry will be over soon, right?!?!?!

Both are very time consuming and mentally demanding. I applaud your efforts.
The existing content on this site is very in depth. Whenever time is of the essence, it might be a good idea to expand on some of your existing posts. I’m sure that your readers would enjoy knowing more about some of the valuable information that you’ve already shared.
