By posting sensible comments, you will not only attract attention to your own blog, you will also have the chance to attract more traffic to your site.

However, it does not come with support and all the bells and whistles of a paid service like Aweber.

Every time you publish a new blog post, you will just have to let them know that you have updated your blog. Ping them.
