That would mean more clarity for commentators!!. It's quite hilarious that on some blogs I saw comments pointing the author as "she" when he's male....sometimes changing his name.....sometimes like-"great post,author" when the post is actually written by a guest!!!. It's quite funny that some people don't even take some time to know the gender of the author!!!. The only problem I can see to this is that spammers are VERY VERY smart now. Those little guys can get pass your eye as a normal comment.
